This 117 page cookery booklet was a giveaway by the premier wholesale fish company of the turn of the century America. The 1935 edition is found in only four US Libraries and only one available at ABE at $100. I was lucky enough to obtain a copy of the 1922 first edition, one not available anywhere. Hundreds of period correct fish recipes: crabs, lobster, grouper, flounder, red snapper, mackerel, oysters, pompano, scallops, shrimp with recipes for gumbo, salads, fried, baked, broiled, soups, canapes, cocktails, smoked, etc. Available in paperback and Kindle.
